About the Role
We're looking for a customer-focused intern to join our Support and QA team. You'll help customers solve problems, test our products, and ensure quality across all our WordPress plugins.
This is a 6-month internship program with the possibility of a full-time position based on performance.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer support tickets via email and chat
- Test new features and identify bugs
- Document issues and create detailed bug reports
- Help maintain and update documentation
- Perform regression testing on plugin updates
- Assist in creating test cases and scenarios
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues

- Basic understanding of WordPress

- Ability to reproduce and document bugs
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn technical concepts
