Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop complex WordPress plugins
- Lead technical decisions and code reviews
- Mentor junior developers and interns
- Optimize performance and security
- Implement best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with product and design teams
- Research and implement new technologies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of WordPress plugin development
- Expert knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, MySQL
- Strong OOP and design patterns knowledge
- Experience with WordPress REST API
- Proficiency in Git and version control
- Understanding of security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Skills
- Published plugins on WordPress.org
- Experience with React/Vue.js
- Knowledge of WP-CLI and automation
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of WordPress Gutenberg
