What is the Activity Log?

The Activity Log records everything that happens on your WordPress site. It gives you full visibility into user behavior, system changes, and security-related events.

  • User login and logout with date & time

Each log entry displays:

  • Log ID
  • Severity level
  • Date & time
  • IP address
  • User info (avatar, username, role)

How to Access Activity Log

  • Go to your WordPress Dashboard
  • Navigate to Activity Guard → 📑 Activity Log
  • View real-time logs (auto refreshes every 8 seconds)

Filtering Activity Logs

You can quickly find specific activities using built-in filters:

  • Date range (Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month)
  • User role (Admin, Editor, Subscriber, Guest)
  • Severity (Info, Normal, Medium, High, Critical)
  • Specific user
  • Event type (Login, Logout, Plugin Activated, etc.)

Click Clear Filters to reset everything.

IP Address Management (PRO)

Each activity shows its source IP address. From here, you can:

  • Check IP details using built-in lookup
  • Block suspicious IPs instantly
  • Unblock IPs with one click
  • See blocked IPs marked with a BLOCKED badge

Delete Activity Logs (PRO)

  • Select one or multiple log entries
  • Click Delete Selected
  • Confirm deletion
  • Logs are permanently removed

Slack Notification Setup

  • Go to Configuration → API & Configuration
  • Open the Webhook tab
